PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector manufacturing metal mold, capable of reducing assembling manhours of a connector and a manufacturing method of the connector. SOLUTION: A fixed mold 33 and a movable mold 34 are arranged capable of contacting and separating. A rotating body 51 is arranged rotatably in the movable mold 34. A cavity 35 is formed by mutually joining the fixed mold 33 and the movable mold 34. This connector 11 is molded, by filling a synthetic resin in the cavity 35. The connector 11 has a connector housing 12 and a retainer 16. By being pressed by the rotating body 51, the retainer 16 is fastened temporarily to the connector housing 12.
