PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changer device and its magazines for managing independently a nonvolatile storage means such as a semiconductor memory by making the nonvolatile storage means have a constitution attachable to and detachable from the magazine and storing the identification information on the recording- reproducing media that are stored in the magazine. SOLUTION: Into the main body of the changer device, plural magazines storing plural sheets of recording-reproducing media attachably and detachably loaded and also the recording-reproducing media stored in the magazines are loaded selectively into a recorder-reproducer to perform its recording and reproducing. Each of those magazines is provided with at least one or more connection parts or drive parts to which a nonvolatile storage means is connected to store the identification information on the stored recording-reproducing means and the nonvolatile storage means can be attached to and detached from the magazine.
