PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for assembling an optical system device. SOLUTION: A fixing member 4 is provided with an iron made actuator base 10 to which a magnet 9 is fixed, a first spring holder 11 which is superposed on the actuator base 10 and also has a surface in which the other ends of wires 3a, 3b are arranged, a second spring holder 12 having a first surface which is superposed on the surface of the first spring holder 11 and a second surface in which the other ends of wires 3c, 3d are arranged, and a third spring holder 13, having a surface which is superposed on the second surface of a second arranging member.
