PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each member of an organization such as a company to place an order for printing of a card, etc., at any time without disturbing a person in charge of general affairs. SOLUTION: Each employee of companies A and B places an order with a printing shop C for printing with the computer system 50a and 50b of the companies A and B connected to the computer system 50c of the printing shop C. This system includes an image input device 4 with which each employee of the companies A and B generates and inputs a picture including his/her face, a storage device 6 for storing the model of a printed matter including the photograph of a face and having a format which is produced on the basis of the picture including the face and is peculiar to the companies A and B in each employee, and a terminal device 3 for each employee of the companies A and B placing an order for printing with the company C. |
