PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute risks related with the implementation of a large-scaled project. SOLUTION: In the large-scale project implementation method constituted of an information control section, a manufacture/service providing section, an investing section a guaranteeing section, a monitor section, and an order reception and implementation section, the information control section is provided with a function for preparing a schedule control database in which items related with a project are recorded for each section, and items across the sections are recorded in time series, and with a schedule control function for issuing a prescribed instruction according to the progressing situation of the project. In this case, an inquiry from the member of each section corresponding to the progressing situation of the project is estimated, and a prescribed answer is prepared, and a reply to the inquiry is made. |
