PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely back up user information registered in a memory built in a portable telephone set even when a user neglects the backup. SOLUTION: In the portable telephone set 1 provided with a function for automatically uploading information, which is written in the user area of a built-in memory 111 between the system area and the user area thereof, to a service station, an incorporated processor 11 monitors the write/erase history of information in the user area by means of a history monitoring means and when the relevant monitored result agrees with preset transfer start conditions, the processor performs the uploading. |
