SYNTHETIC FIBER CONTAINING CARBON FINE POWDER, COTTON- LIKE MATERIAL PREPARED BY USING THE FIBER, AND SEWED PRODUCT INCLUDING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart moisture absorptivity and destaticizing effects to a synthetic fiber such as a polyester fiber and a cotton-like material obtained by using the fiber while keeping the characteristics possessed by the synthetic fiber or the cotton-like material. SOLUTION: This small-diameter polyester fiber includes 3-15 wt.% fine powder of Bincho charcoal, having <=5μm average particle diameter based on the polyester resin. The cotton-like material is obtained by cutting the polyester fiber into 20-100 mm length, and collecting the cut polyester fiber into a cotton shape. The sewed product includes the cotton-like material.
