PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably operate equipment according to a system installation environment or taste of a user in a system for controlling a plurality of equipment, with which a controller 1 performs the centralized control of operation of a plurality of equipment 9-17. SOLUTION: In this system for controlling a plurality of equipment, the controller 1 is provided with a reflectable command table expressing whether a command is a reflectable command to reflect the result of control due to the user on an operating state at the system start or not for each command to each of equipment 9-17 and a reflectable command table for storing a command concerning a desired control value and the desired control value when the user controls the operating state of arbitrary equipment to the desired control value during system operation and the command concerning the desired control value is the reflectable command and in the end of system operation, based on the reflectable command table, a system command is updated.
