PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video reproducing device that can automatically reproduce a video image even when no user operation exists. SOLUTION: A user operation management section 6 manages an operation section 7 and a memory 6a, outputs a 1st operation procedure of a key operation designated by the user when the user uses the operation section 7 to enter the key operation and the section 6 reads and outputs a 2nd operation procedure of automatic key operations stored in the memory 6a when no key operation from the operation section 7 by the user is entered. A navigation control section 5 gives a read command (i) to a read section 3 in response to a 1st operating procedure or a 2nd operation procedure outputted from the user operation management section 6.
