PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of increasing storage quantity of commodities of a commodity column, preventing foaming of the commodity and further reducing driving sources for carrying commodity. SOLUTION: In the automatic vending machine having a plurality of columns 3 arranged in front, rear, left and right in the automatic vending machine body and a commodity carrier 4 to receive the commodity dropped and carried from each column 3 and to carry the commodity toward a commodity takeout port, the commodity carrier 4 is constituted by providing a bucket 41 to accept the commodity dropped and carried from the column 3 and a bucket carrier 42 to carry the bucket in front, rear, left and right over a commodity carrying port and the commodity takeout port of each column 3. Thus, the bucket 41 is two-dimensionally carried in front, rear, left and right by the bucket carrier 42 and the commodity in each column is carried to the commodity takeout port.
