PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive seamless belt provided with good strength, especially good durability against bending and to provide an image forming device utilizing it with respect to the resin film belt utilized in the image forming device of a tandem method, an intermediate transfer method and a tandem intermediate transfer method. SOLUTION: In the conductive seamless belt 10 for transfer and carrying of the tandem method where each toner image is sequentially transferred to a recording medium by circulating and driving the recording medium that is held by electrostatic attraction by a driving member 9, the substrate is made of a polymer alloy of a thermoplastic polycarbonate and a thermoplastic elastomer or of a polymer blend.
