PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installed type underfloor stockroom making use of the underfloor to solve the problem of small space for storage since Japanese houses are generally built on narrow pieces of land. SOLUTION: A concrete box is manufactured in a factory, and an ascending/ descending staircase, a small ventilating fan and a storage shelf necessary for this product are provided and installed in the predetermined positions during foundation work. After the house is completed, the product is used as the underfloor stockroom, thus making effective use of land.
