SOLUTION: Plural striped transparent electrodes 2, a lattice-form insulating film 7, organic luminescent layers 4 installed on recessed parts divided by the insulating film 7, and plural striped back plates 5 intersecting orthogonally with the transparent electrodes 2 are laminated consecutively on a transparent substrate 1. The insulating film 7 is formed, by baking s photoresist film of lattice-shaped pattern made from a positive-type novolac-based, negative-type cyclized rubber-based or chemical amplification type resist. Black pigments or dyes may be added to the photoresist.
