PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-fuel ratio control device of an internal combustion engine capable of highly accurately determining a learning correction value in an open loop operation area by using an ordinary air-fuel ratio sensor. SOLUTION: This air-fuel ratio control device includes a means 22 for correcting a fuel quantity by the target air-fuel ratio AFo, a means 23 for deciding a control condition CF of air-fuel ratio feedback of the internal combustion engine according to an operation state, a means 24 for controlling the air-fuel ratio in a feedback operation area by making a feedback process and a means 25 for determining the learning correction value Zs with every operation area on the basis of a controlled variable AFc of a feedback control means, and performs feedback control in the open loop operation area, and determines the learning correction value in the open loop operation area in a temporary feedback control period.
