Image capturing means for capturing image data from more than two television cameras (1) has more than two different capturing modes. One of the modes is automatically selected in relation to or irrespective of the progress of the image processing, and therefore, high speed processing is realized even though the data-capturing rate is limited. On the succeeding stage of the image capturing means, a scanning changing means is provided. Data is transmitted between the scanning changing means and the image capturing means in one of transmission modes. On the preceding stage of the scanning changing means, a delay means is provided.
