PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cycle characteristics of a macromolecular solid electrolyte secondary cell, which comprises a positive electrode including positive electrode activator, a negative electrode including negative electrode activator which stores and releases lithium ions and a macromolecular solid electrolyte layer, by improving the macromolecular solid electrolyte layer, and to keep high productivity. SOLUTION: A macromolecular sheet composed of outer two layers having pores capable of keeping electrolyte solution sufficiently and a middle layer keeping more minute pores is swelled or dissolved by nonaqueous electrolyte and is used as the macromolecular solid electrolyte.
