PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen leakage light as well as restrain decrease of illumination intensity. SOLUTION: A floodlight 20 emitting light L1 almost upward, and a reflecting mirror 40 set toward a top position of the floodlight 20 to reflect light L1 toward an irradiation face 60 are provided. The floodlight 20 is equipped with a light passage limiting means for limiting light irradiated from the light source to irradiate it only on the reflecting mirror 40.
