SOLUTION: The wiring conductor 3 has a uniform section in the longitudinal direction, and at the same time has an irregular surface, or the wiring conductor 3 has a hollow part that is continuous in the longitudinal direction. Or, the wiring conductor 4 has multiple structures where another conductor is arranged in a hollow body.
