PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric parts lighting structure which has a long service life and is free from settling of a slider. SOLUTION: In the rotary electric parts lighting structure, a shaft member 9 is constituted of a first shaft section 10 composed of a metallic material and a second shaft section 11 coupled with the front section of the section 10 and composed of a transparent synthetic resin and the section 10 is supported by a bearing section 5. In addition, a knob 13 is attached to the second shaft section 11. Consequently, the front face section of the knob 13 can be lighted surely through the transparent second shaft section 11 and, at the same time, the wear of the first shaft section 10 composed of the metallic material due to the bearing section 5 when the knob 13 is rotated becomes smaller. Therefore, the service life of the rotary electric parts lighting structure becomes longer.
