PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily impart appropriate preload to a meshing part between an output gear 13 and an input gear 29. SOLUTION: A helical compression spring 33 for imparting pre-load is provided between an inner ring 26 of a ball bearing 18 supporting an input shaft 4 having the input gear 29 secured to an end and the input shaft 4. Since rigidity in a shape precision of the output gear 13 and the input gear 29 is not required by imparting the pre-load at a constant pressure based on elastic force of the helical compression spring 33, a cost is reduced and the problem is simultaneously solved.
