PIPE HAVING SPIGOT PROTRUSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error in connecting work when fitting a protrusion ring on an outer surface of a spigot of a pipe and connecting a divided part along a circumferential direction of the protrusion ring by a connecting piece. SOLUTION: The protrusion ring 5 having the divided part 6 in the circumferential direction is fitted on the outer surface of the spigot 2 of the pipe 1. A pair of end parts 15A, 15B of the protrusion ring 5 at the divided part 6 is formed to be thinner than other parts of the protrusion ring 5. The connecting piece 16 of a plate shape is crossed over from a thin part of the one end part 15A to a thin part of the other end part 15B. The connecting piece 6 and the thin parts of the one and other end parts 15A, 15B are respectively tightened by a screw 18.
