SOLUTION: In the recording mode of an optical disk, the nonstandard signals are recorded at the parts included in the information to be recorded and having no problems even if they are skipped in a reproduction mode and in the areas such as Lin, Data and Lout which are accessed by the normal seeking operations. Thereby a recorder-reproducer having no specific means (a copy correspondence part 8 including a discriminating part 8a, a signal editing part 8b and a signal operating part 8c) corresponding to those nonstandard signals cannot perform the reproduction processing and copy processing.
