PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device that can simply execute photographing in various image pickup modes, such as a scenery mode, a sports mode, and a port rate. SOLUTION: The image pickup device is provided with a photographing mode setting means that sets performing sequence of at least photographing modes 203 and an image pickup execution, means that performs photographing in an image pickup mode which is respectively set, corresponding to each of the set image pickup modes. The image pickup mode setting means sets a mode which conducts optimum exposure control, in response to the photographing condition and a noninterlace photographing mode and an interlace photographing mode or the like denoting the mode of capturing a frame image. |
