PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system which enable to simplify paper work related with a business trip and can be applied even to an enterprise which entrusts the others with processing related with financial accounting. SOLUTION: A contracted enterprise 11 outsources a series of paper work ranging from the planning of the business trip to the expense adjustment to a travel company (travel agency) 12, an accounting office (trust agent being trust destination of financial accounting processing or the like) 15, and a credit card company 14 by using a computer network such as the Internet 10. Data necessary for the business trip office procedures are inputted by a GUI to a form for information entry displayed on the screen of each terminal, and the inputted data are transmitted through an electronic mail, and the data are stored in each database, and various collation, tantalization, and fare adjustment processing is carried out by using those databases. |
