SOLUTION: A server computer 10 connected to a client computer 20A owned by a person who wants to sell merchandise and a client computer 20B owned by a person who wants to purchase the merchandise via the Internet 30, is provided with a database 13 for registering sales desired merchandise data including a desirable sales price presented from the person side that wants to sell the merchandise, a database 14 for registering purchase desired merchandise data including a desirable purchase price presented from the person side that wants to purchase the merchandise, and a data matching means for matching data which are related to the same merchandise and in which a desirable sales price coincides with or is the closest to a desirable purchase price from the data respectively registered in the databases. |
