SOLUTION: This system is provided with a server 1 of a waste exchange mediating agent for providing a home page 4 where the registration of the use/offer information of wastes can be promoted, and the registered use/offer information of the wastes can be read on the Internet, a computer terminal equipment 2 of a person who wants to offer the wastes which is connected through the Internet to the server 1 for registering the offer information of the wastes on the home page 4, and computer terminal equipment 3 of a person who wants to use the wastes which is connected through the Internet to the server 1 for registering the use information of the wastes on the home page 4. Then, the waste exchange mediating agent mediates the exchange transaction of the wastes between the person who wants to use the wastes and the person who wants to offer the wastes according to an application to mediation from the person who wants to use the wastes or the person who wants to offer the wastes. |
