PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning servo controller which easily makes the best adjustment of a positioning state. SOLUTION: Feedforward controllers 12 and 13 perform feedforward control with feedforward gains Kff1 and Kff2, which have values of monotonous increase functions K1(Kg) and K2(Kg) containing an adjustment gain Kg as an argument. For the purpose, the values of the feedforward gains Kff1 and Kff2 can be varied at the same time by varying the value of the adjustment gain Kg, so the positioning state of a machine system can be adjusted to the best state only by adjusting the adjustment gain Kg. |
