PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact multilayered inductor which can obtain a large inductance value. SOLUTION: In this multilayered inductor, a terminal electrode 1 is electrically connected to the starting end section 2a of a thin film coil 62 and another terminal electrode 2 is electrically connected to the terminating end section 22b of a thin film coil 22 through openings 29 and 49 for lead-out and an area R3a. Consequently, a coil L1 constituted by electrically connecting thin film coils 22, 42, and 62 in series is connected between the terminals 1 and 2. In addition, a third terminal electrode 3 is electrically connected to the starting end section 63a of a thin film coil 63 and a fourth electrode 4 is electrically connected to the terminal end 23b of a thin film coil 23. Consequently, a coil L2 constituted by electrically connecting thin film coils 23, 43, and 63 in series is connected between the terminals 3 and 4.
