PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff structure which is constituted so as to be adaptable to water permeation test or the like of a test object under pressure. SOLUTION: In a large-sized rock bed testing apparatus for pressuring the test object S, having a three-dimensional shape arranged on a pedestal 20 in two vertical and lateral directions via a pressure mechanism, the surfaces excepting the water permeable surfaces of the test object S arranged on the pedestal 20 are covered with a rubber jacket 23 to be surrounded wateritightly by pressure plates 21, 27, 28 having water passing surfaces formed to the bottom, side and upper surfaces thereof.
