PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a burner for grill at low cost having a capacity which is equivalent to or higher than that obtained when a ceramic burner head is used. SOLUTION: This burner for grill 1 has a burner main body 2 and a burner port unit 3 having a plurality of burner ports 13, 13, etc., formed of corrugated plates 11 and flat plates 12 alternately laminated upon another. On the inside of the burner main body 2 in the burner port unit 3, a lath net 14 having through holes 15, 15, etc., is provided in contact with the main body 2. On the front side of the unit 3, on the other hand, a plurality of stretching sections 20, 20, etc., are formed by stretching metallic wires zigzag across the unit 3.
