PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode of low price, having a simple struc ture and high efficiency. SOLUTION: This light-emitting diode enables suppression of electric current flowing in a light-emitting layer 5 of the lower part of an upper electrode 11 of the side of the upper electrode 11 (light extraction side) and to reflect a radiating light from a lightemitting layer 5 to a light extracting side. |
