<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 'a payment commission card' conforming to a system of payment commission, which can be used at shops other than dealing member shops to resolve the problem that too many kinds of credit cards will bring about complication in the future electronic commercial society though a conventional credit card is used within the range of dealing member shops designated by this card. SOLUTION: If a shopping store gives consent though being not a dealing member shop of the credit card, a member of the payment commission card reports a payment destination and transaction contents to a credit card company and obtains approval of the credit card company to acquire a collation code. The shopping store makes the member write or input his or her collation code in requirements such as the amount claimed and an account for payment and charges the credit card company. The credit card company pays money to the designated account of the shopping store in the case of coincidence of the card ID, the collation code, and transaction contents. The credit card company collects the commission of payment commission from an account of the member of the payment commission card.</p> |
