PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce individual difference in high-frequency loss due to resonator vessel by reducing the number of machining and surface processing man-hours and improving heat conductivity of the resonator vessel. SOLUTION: A mirror plate part 52 and a wall part 54 are molded integrally, by spinning of a disc-shaped pure aluminum group material 62, and subsequently, a corrosion-proof protective film is formed by subjecting the whole surface to iridite treatment, and is made a vessel 24.
