PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage to a minimum even when authentication is broken by limiting a service which a user can utilize from a mobile environment. SOLUTION: When an access request is sent from a mobile terminal 3 through the Internet 2 while designating a URL containing an http, a domain name containing a host name relay, a service name, a machine name and a specified port number, a firewall 12 outputs the relevant request to the correspondent port of a relay server 13. The relay server 13 sends an authentication page to the request source terminal 3, authentication information is inputted and a request source user is authenticated by an authentication server 14. When the authentication is made successful, the relay server 13 checks whether the authenticated user can receive a service shown by the service name and the machine name in the URL or not, sets a session when the user can receive the service, and permits the communication of request/response between the request source mobile terminal 3 and a request destination in the relevant session.
