PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a suitable device of a pavement surface for filling resin mortar in a surface void of a base pavement body. SOLUTION: The resin mortar is laid and leveled on a surface of the base pavement body having voids on the surface by using a series of devices, and is compacted by a vibrating screed, and after filling the resin mortar in the surface voids the resin mortar of a part exceeding the height of the base pavement body is selectively scratched off.
