PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the management of electronic information by a user by providing the user with judgment materials on whether to access the electronic information or not. SOLUTION: A processing means 100 interprets the information of the electronic mail extracted from a mail box, recognizes the attributes as the information indicating the type of the mail, e.g. the degree of importance of the mail, whether it has been read or not yet, and whether it can be displayed on a terminal or not, and makes the recognized attributes correspond to the information indicating the electronic mail, e.g. the identification number of the electronic mail to manage them. The information managed by the processing means 100 is outputted by an output means 80.
