SOLUTION: This copyright information inquiring method for performing an inquiry concerning the utilization of digital literary work comprises a step for extracting pointer information, which is information for identifying copyright information, from the digital literary work added with the pointer information, a step for inquiring whether the relevant digital literary work can be utilized or not by transmitting the extracted pointer information and the utility conditions of the relevant digital literary work, and a step for deciding the possibility of utilization on the utility conditions while referring to the copyright information shown by the sent pointer information. |
