PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjuster to which a Peltier element is stably fixed. SOLUTION: The Peltier element 2 is mounted on a flat base 1 good in its thermal conductivity serving as a heat radiating plate and a flat plate 3 good in its thermal conductivity serving as a heat sink is mounted on the Peltier element 2 to form a Peltier cooling laminated body 1-2-3. The surface of the heat sink 3 is pressed by one end of an elastic pressing member 4a for allowing laminated members to come into tight contact with one another. The other end of the elastic pressing member 4a is fixed to the base 1 by a fixing member 4b. Both the surfaces of the Peltier element 2 for heat absorption and heat generation are respectively pressed and fixed in contact to the heat sink 3 and the base 1 by the elastic pressing part 4. As the elastic pressing member 4a, a leaf spring having sufficient strength, ductility and elastic coefficient is most suitable and a helical spring is also preferable. Both the springs may be used at the same time. Further, magnetic attraction force may be independently used or used together with the above springs. In the drawing, although 4b is shown simply as the fixing member, it is desirably provided with an adjusting mechanism for elastic force. |
