PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from illegally receiving the privilege of an advertisement service when displaying the information of an advertisement or the like provided by an information provider on plural user terminals inside the office or home. SOLUTION: A server 2 transmits advertisement information and information for authentication containing an execution module for authenticating an information display device 5 of a user terminal and the right answer information of the executed result of this module to a gateway device 3 and stores the information and when the gateway device 3 receives an information acquisition request for authentication from the information display device, the execution module is returned and executed. When the first authentication check request of the executed result is received from the information display device, the authentication of the information display device is checked in comparison with the right answer information. In the case of normality, the authentication end notice of the information display device is transmitted to the information display device and the display operation of the advertisement information is performed on the information display device but in the case of abnormality, on the other hand, the display operation on the information display device is blocked.
