PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device, capable of protecting internal parts by driving a cooling fan according to the state of a heating chamber, even after a power supply switch is changed to off state, and minimizing a standby power. SOLUTION: A control means 43 is equipped with a remaining heat detection means 33 for detecting remaining heat in the heating chamber and a heat generation detection means 36 for detecting a newly generated heat. The control means 43 switches a power supply relay 27 to on state and operates a control power supply 25 in preparation for off state of the power supply switch 16. When a newly generated heat in the heating chamber caused through the combustion of material to be heated or the like after stoppage of a heating operation by a roaster heater 21, delays prescribed timing when the power supply relay 27 is switched to off state, to enable continuous drive or re-drive of a cooling fan motor 23, to thereby prevent the internal parts from being exposed to high heat, and controls so that the operation opportunity of the cooling fan motor 23 is minimized and that the standby power is minimized, ultimately breaking the control power supply 25 by switching the power supply relay 27 to off state. |
