PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-frame punching mold, which prevents a lead frame from being twisted and which can perform punching operation in such a way that the cross-sectional shape of the lead is maintained to be rectangular. SOLUTION: The lead-frame punching mold is constituted, in such a way that a first protrusion 8 for blank pressure which protrudes to the side of a stripper 1 so as to be adjacent to the opening of a die 6 is installed at the cutting edge of the die 6, that a second protrusion 7 for blank pressure which protrudes to the side of the die 6 so as to be adjacent to an opening 9 for punch insertion and passage is installed at the stripper 1, and that, in a state that the side edge on one side of an inner lead is punched and that a region to be used as the inner lead of a material 2 is pressed by the first protrusion 8 for blank pressure and the second protrusion 7 for blank pressure, the side edge on the other side of the inner lead is punched. |
