PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive an order by using the Internet concerning a merchandise such as food, etc., with a delivery service. SOLUTION: An orderer performs access to the web server 100 of a merchandise order reception site 10 by using the web browser 400 of a client terminal 40. The list of available stores is displayed on the client terminal 40 based on the residential area information of the orderer and, then, a store guide such as a delivery time or usage time band and a merchandise list are read when the store is designated. When ordering is performed via the Internet 50, order contents are recorded in a sales information database 107 and corresponding order reception information is transmitted to the store 20 by facsimile or E-mail though the user of a facsimile receiver 202 or an automatic mail receiving type portable telephone set 201 with a mail reading function. |
