PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information from a desired customer or customer layer for close marketing investigation. SOLUTION: The information collecting server 100 registers the subscribers of a mail magazine by a subscriber registration control means 120. The customer (subscriber) information collected when registering the subscribers is stored in a customer (subscriber) DB 200. When issuing a mail magazine, a mail magazine issue control means 130 adds a subscriber key specific to an arbitrary subscriber being the destination of distribution to the mail magazine, and transmits it to the arbitrary subscriber by a communication control means 110. When the arbitrary subscriber who receives the distributed mail magazine performs access to a web site by an URL in the articles of the mail magazine, an access log collecting means 140 collects the access recording together with the purchase key. The collected access record is stored together with the subscriber key into an access log DB 300. |
