PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce limitations on the multiplication of conductors, i.e., increase in frictional the force during insertion and removal of a round connector. SOLUTION: A coupling nut 7 of a cable side connector is provided with turning levers 1 and 1', which are turned up and turned then to turn the coupling nut 7, when the connector is fitted into or disconnected from a mating connector. Thus, greater torque can be transmitted than if the coupling nut 7 is turned directly by hand, so that the connector can be inserted and removed, while resisting a greater frictional force and the number of conductor can be made greater than conventionally. Since the turning levers 1 and 1' are made turnable by virtue of the rotating projections 3 of legs 2 and holes 17 provided in the coupling nut 7, the levers are tipped backward after the completion of insertion or removal, and the space occupied by the levers is reduced.
