PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge in which a disk can safely be taken in and out, without touching. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge has a disk holder 10 which can freely be extracted from and inserted to a main body case 1. A pair of right and left elastic arms 12 and 12 which are freely expandable/contractible and deformable is integrally formed in the disk holder 10. An upper rib 13a and a lower rib 13b are provided in the upper and lower sides of the disk conjugation surface side of the tip part of the elastic arms 12 and 12, and the outer peripheral edge part of the disk 2 is located between the upper and lower ribs 13a and 13b so as not to slip out in a vertical direction. The disk 2 is taken in and out accompanying extraction and insertion of the disk holder 10 from/in the main body case 1 in the state where it is held between the elastic arms 12 and 12.
