PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film or sheet for a display screen which surely protects the information displayed on the display screen from a visual field by a third person, suppresses the reflection by the incident light on the display screen and is further free of dirt. SOLUTION: The display screen is covered by the protective film or sheet which is formed by providing the high-polymer resin film or sheet with crazes to have the selectivity of visual fields, by which the protection of the information displayed on the display screen, the suppression of the reflection by the incident light and the wiping away of the dirt of the display screen are made possible.
