PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive seamless belt provided with good strength, especially good durability against bending, good durability against creeping and furthermore, stability in size and an image forming device utilizing it in for the resin film belt utilized in the image forming device of a tandem method, an intermediate transfer method and a tandem intermediate transfer method. SOLUTION: In the conductive seamless belt for transfer and carrying of the tandem method where each toner image is sequentially transferred to a recording medium by circulating and driving the recording medium that is held by electrostatic attraction by a driving member, the substrate is made of thermoplastic polyarylate, polymer alloy of the thermoplastic polyarylate and thermoplastic resin or a polymer blend of the thermoplastic polyarylate and the thermoplastic resin.
