PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of a radiation image conversion panel during transportation without lowering the elastic modulus of a phosphor layer. SOLUTION: In the radiation image conversion panel comprising at least support and the phosphor layer provided on the support, the phosphor layer contains a phosphor and an epoxidized thermoplastic elastomer having an epoxy equivalent of 100 to 10,000 and containing a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer structure.
