PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing pan capable of being simply set within a short period of time by adjusting the size thereof to the existing bathroom. SOLUTION: The waterproofing floor pan 1 is constituted of a bathroom floor pan 3 and a washing place floor pan 5. In a joint section of the floor pans, a recessed stage section is formed in the bathroom floor pan 1, and a plate section mounted on the recessed stage section through a rubber sheet is formed in the washing place floor pan 5. The length of the joint section is adjusted to adjust the size of the floor pan. The outside edge sections 9b of side walls 9 in the bathroom floor pan 3 or the ends of side walls 13, 15 and 17 in the washing place floor pan 5 are cut off by an adequate size to make size adjustment.
