PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a weighing machine by a suppressing sealing means to allow quick operation and release, and effectively maintain weighing precision under an unfavorable condition. SOLUTION: This weighing machine has a housing 1 for storing a force transducer 4. A load transmitting member 9 is connected to the transducer 4, and penetrates an opening part of the housing 1 to transmit a measured load to the transducer 4. An elastic device is arranged between a fixed part attached to the housing 1 and a movable part attached to the load transmitting member 9. The elastic member is preferably hollow and has extendable structure in a condition controllable by making a fluid come in and out via a fluid route provided with a selectively switchable valve device.
